We all got our spooky disco dancing feet on for the Halloween Disco!
Victor scouts had a great time hosting this event this year for the District and were excited to be join by scouts from UMG and Rochedale.
The night entailed lots of dancing with the Cubs and Joeys.
It was also another investiture evening will two ceremonies in the midst of ghouls, ghosts, clowns, dark angels, Dr Zeuss and various other scary and funky Halloween characters.
A special spooky investiture for Jack into Panther Patrol.
We also invested our brand new Venturer Leader Garlanja who will be starting up the venturer unit in January 2016.
The zombie walk through Mott Park that whilst everyone claimed “not scary” there was an inordinate amount of screaming and laughter!

Special thanks to our fabulous scout section parents did a brilliant job of the ghouly baking, manning the BBQ and running the spooking canteen.
It was also lovely to be joined by Possum and some of her scouts from the Brisbane South 1st Chinese Troop.
The scout section finished up with a few games of pass the pumpkin and mummy wrappings with much fun being had by all.
