This week was ‘do a good deed week’ for the mob. As part of learning about, and engaging within, their community, the Joeys undertook to do a ‘Good Deed’ for the Holland Park RSL sub-branch in preparation for Remembrance Day. The mob walked to the RSL where we met some lovely parents who had transported the rakes, brooms and gloves (and Melbourne Cup ponies) for the Joeys to use for their good deed. The busy Joeys were soon enthusiastically sweeping and raking the paths free of Jacaranda leaves and flowers for the RSL members. B-R-A-V-O Joeys for helping out so willingly.

After tidying up, it was time to unload the ponies for a few quick races, before riding our trusty steeds back to the den for some Melbourne Cup fun. YIS – Wolf and Bagheera.
